3137 Dickinson Crescent is an example of our handcrafted approach to building and our attention to detail. This residence is situated in West Vancouver on a 24000 sq ft lot. The house was a brand-new build of 7400 sq ft, complete with an in-ground pool and hot tub, as well as custom cabinetry made onsite. The landscaping is defined by massive boulder and architectural concrete walls. This is a fine example of west coast contemporary style with its red cedar cladding and extensive post and beam construction. The ground floor is constructed entirely of concrete and structural steel.

It was the winner of the 2012 Ovation Award for Best Custom House over 2-million-dollar Construction Cost and the finalist for Georgie Awards in two categories, Best Single Family Detached and Best Outdoor Living.
